EC156-1Cork - Fascinating entire from Cork to Birmingham, 13 April 1847. 3-margin stamp with indistinct  156 of Cork, but carrying alo a superb cachet of Coates and Lefebure - shipping agents at Lapp's Quay. Letter talks of cargo for the ship 'Adelaine'22.00
EC156-2Cork - unplated KH, 4 margin - 21 June 1845 to Sheffield, tied by 156 of Cork.15.00
EC156-3Cork - plate 170 LE, 4 margin - tied by 156 cork duplex dated 23 Sept 1868 to small front. Exceptionally late use of an imperf.135.00

[With the cover is a (modern) printout concerning the history of the Portadown and Dungannon railway, particularly recounting the hilarious misadventure of a local publican's  daughter's elopement with one of the engine drivers.]150.00
